Anger Disorder is an impulse-control disorder characterized by sudden episodes of unwarranted
anger. The disorder is typified by hostility, impulsivity, and recurrent aggressive outbursts.
People with Anger Disorder essentially "explode" into a rage despite a lack of apparent
provocation or reason.
People with borderline personality disorder may experience intense
episodes of anger, depression, and anxiety that can last from a few hours to days.Anger triggers
the body's 'fight or flight' response. Other emotions that trigger this response include fear,
excitement and anxiety. The adrenal glands flood the body with stress hormones.
Anger management is the process of learning to recognize signs that you're becoming angry, and
